Whitewater Resolutions

For twenty-ten, I am going to go canoeing and rafting with a 7-year-old (and his lovely mom), do at least five Colorado creekin weekends with my Arkie friends, get a Middle Fork permit (with a little luck), and invent my own signature freestyle move: The Flying-Fish (it's sort of a loopwheel thing).
Somewhere in there I'm also going to get married.
HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my dear old friends!

Well Mr Fish, you better get married on a creek bank some where with all your boating buds invited to the event.
Good luck and best wishes for all your 2010 goals

Congrats Fish! If my girlfriend survives spring paddling, she may be a keeper too! :)
My resolutions are still a work in progress:
Learn a New Roll
Paddle Nantahala Falls
Paddle a Class IV Rapid
Attend Swiftwater Rescue
Get Instructor Certification
p.s. I'll work on getting a Middle Fork permit for you. That would take care of my 3rd resolution too! lol

Get a nice boat for myself, and finish learning to roll. And maybe get some boatball rolling in central.

Space Godzilla is so '0-whatever! The Flying-Fish is the move for the ten-ies...
Happy New Year!

Congrats to you and your new family Fishie! Make sure you let us know the next time you're out East.
I vow next year to keep up kayaking and to spend good quality time with my honey, while studying for my hardest boards ever and while starting a new scary job.
Oh yeah, and to fire up Go Left and Gorilla.

Hey Cathy! Where did you end up taking a job?

Hi Renee! I've narrowed it down to Hickory, NC (near Asheville) and Bremerton, WA (near Seattle). Gonna get Chris out there over the next couple of weeks and then make the big decision.
Happy New Year!

Hell, you'll be my age by then and can just make up campfire stories about how you ran stuff "back in the day." :)
Cathy, just promise to be as careful as anyone can while running class 5 gnarlies, and best wishes whichever "best paddling destination in the U.S." you decide to choose to live in! Either way, your "home" creeks will be in my travel plans.

P.S. We all secretly hate you. :)

Get new glasses,
Go to the dentist,
Run the Tea Cups.
In that order.
Hint hint, Fish

Why you wanna get your teeth all fixed up just to go knock 'em out on those big drops?
