I might try to pull off another upper kings river trip (marble to marshall ford) ....if there is any interest?.. on the other hand if your going to" polar swim" we all might come to see that for 2010

I used polar swim on the Mulberry when I first started paddling in Jan, '00...you learn quickly how to balance that boat!
I used to love icicle paddling on Lee Creek but it isn't going to be there is it?

Let Susan and I know where you want to go. Susan says she would be up for a trip as long as I let her take the Skreem and a spray skirt this year....., and she promises to stay away from the undercut bluff and admire it from a far this time. Will have to check with Mary to see if she is off or working.

I am with you on that one.........holding my breath we don't get any more snow or ice.........
I won't make it either if we get more nasty ice on the roads......I really want to paddle but not if the Pig Trail is too dangerous for me to drive.

Just saw on the news Hiway 23 has been closed for the next two wks while they work stabilizing the area. Plan to work 7 days a wk for two weeks to get one lane back open. Believe it is the same area they have been working on (near Mulberry Mountain). Cal
