NEW TIME 10:30am * Cadron Sunday *10:30AM

Post by Chester » Sat Sep 19, 2009 8:54 pm

Cole and I are planning on meeting under the Hwy 65 bridge at 10:30am, and paddling 6+ miles of the Cadron. Let us know if you are coming and what you are driving, cause the road in is sloppy.

Driving 4wd pickup if that helps.

We are moving the trip back 30 mins to help support another group with newbies. So 10:30 under the bridge.
And I love that Honda determination! :hammer:

We are on the way. I dont know if we'll get there in time to catch you guys... in which case we're putting in at the pinnacle bridge. Gotta time crunch due to some serious study time needed by the GF this afternoon. Hope to see you guys!

What a fine day to be on the creek! Glad I got to run into y'all... Good to se some old faces and meet a few new ones. If I didnt take the time to introduce myself, I apologize. We were under a time crunch of sorts and had to shag. Next time! LOL

Let me add to Brad's thanks to Heather and Chester for a great trip on the Cardon yesterday. Got to paddle with some familiar faces, met new friends and learned a lot. Heather, you're a wonderful coach. That's a beautiful section of river and we had big fun. Very grateful to the owners of the cow pasture for access. If anyone finds a turquoise "been there paddled that" T-shirt, wear it in good health!

So thankful for the nice rains we had. The sun came out and the river was great. The company was great. Heather and Chester, glad ya'll got a trip together for the ones of us wanting to paddle some good moving water and great rapids. Heather, your a good teacher and your an asset to the club in that you seem to like teaching others and your willingness.
