Anyone know if Dierks will be running this weekend? Would love to get a few sessions in. Also, how do you check it online?

Not sure if it will run this weekend. With more rain in the forcast, Makes it hard to guess. They might turn it on today or they might wait till Monday.
As of now, the lake is up about 3.5 feet so when it comes on, it should be for about 4 to 5 day.

dirks gage is at 6' "lower runnable" does that mean the flood gate is open?

Yes they are releasing from the dam. I came in late from school and haven't had a chance to call anyone but will in the morning.
I am sure it will run thru the weekend.

Scott and I will probably be there Sunday. Gonna hang around Rockport tomorrow for the throwdown (last one of the year). Plus, there are some good eats at the potluck and silent auction ends tomorrow night.

Within the past hour they opened up the gates again. Some folks are down here now.

Sorry I didn't catch this last night. Yes and no. Yes it is stinky but not near as bad as it was on Friday.
