We don't really have any shuttles to offer, but we are probably gonna hit the water about 10:30 or 11AM at Boxley.
The upper gage is still rising, Ponca gage is dropping a bit and Pruitt is flood at the moment.
My guess is the water will probably be close to the bottom of the bridge in Ponca by morning... Should be just about perfect if it just don't rain on us all day long!!
