I talked with Alan Bland with the Corps of Engineers office in Rogers the other day when I stopped by to get a copy of the Aquatrail location points and he asked me to let the ACC know about this year's clean up on Beaver lake with a handout. Here it is, as closely as I can type it.
Schedule of events for 2009 Annual Beaver Lake Cleanup

7:30 to 8:00AM - Registration
Volunteers can check in at 7:30AM at the launch ramp at one of the following parks -

Supplies and lunch tickets will be distributed at the check-in.
8:00 to 11:30AM - Cleanup
Volunteers will be directed to areas of the parks and shorelines that need to be cleaned.
Volunteer boaters will be available to transport participants to areas not accessible by road.
Volunteers will remove all accessible debris from along the shorelines and inside the parks.
