SWR class

Post by 501naildriver » Sun Aug 09, 2009 9:20 pm

Just got home from Swr class, what a blast. What a great group, and a terrific group of instructors. Billy Ray Whitewater and Lazer, along with Jeremy M. and Tom put on a great session for those interested in becoming more than just bystanders. Myself feel much more confident in my abilities, and capabilities, despite some health issues, than I ever was before. In my opinion, anyone who paddle creeks and rivers shoud attend one of these sessions so they will become an assest, not a liabilty. Thanks guys for a fun, and informative weekend. Lets do it again sometime.

I also think it was a invaluable class (that everyone should take at some point), conducted by a group of dedicated instructors and helpers, with a good group of folks participating who were potentially learnin to save themselves, a friend or a stranger if needed on some other day (it was nice to meet ya'll).

Ray asked me to post up. Thanks for the props. He's got internet trouble, but if you're interested in the next one, let him know and he'll get back to ya. Still openings. Check the other posts.
