If anyone can find a working telephone number for Mohawk please post it here. Mohawk's toll-free number is dead, and it's main trunk line (423-825-2211) ain't doin so hot either. What all of that suggests to me is buy C.O.D. or figure out some other way to avoid paying before you actually take possession of the boat.

I tried to call yesterday and got a message machine. Left my contact information, but haven't heard back from them. Maybe someone in Ft. Smith could go by and check inventory/prices. I've got a call in to a guy to see if he can run by. If he does, I'll put what info he gives me on here.

Guy was nice, but not overly excited to show the blem hulls to me..... "the sale is not really happening until the end of the year" They have quite a few blems but are not going to build them out until Oct I think he said. Quoted me $100-$200 off of the ones I looked at, depending on the severity of the blem.

From the Mohawk forum

Due to a large order we have been rather swamped over in Fort Smith. As a result, the blem sale will not begin in earnest until the middle of October. You can still pickup a blem before that, but there will be larger discounts once we have the room to move all the blem hulls about.

The blem sale in Fort Smith will be for local pickups only. We will not be shipping boats. The best bargains are therefore to be had during this time. After the FS sale and once we have moved all of our hulls to the Chattanooga location, there will be another sale. These boats will be available for shipment.
