Euro Trip (Pictures and short video)

Post by james fleming » Sun Jul 19, 2009 9:00 am

Hey guys, thought I would share some pictures and short clip of our recent trip to Italy / Austria and Switzerland.

Myself and Ian Letton managed to hook up with a new kayak manufacturer, Big Dog Kayaks, there web site is at http://www.bigdogkayaks.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Our good friend, Giles Chater also joined us on our trip.

The very short video to tease to till the full fat film comes out is here.

However, there are some pictures to look at also...

Enjoy!

Hey James, Great photography as usual, and exhilarating paddling scenes.
I'll look forward to the larger video production to come! Now, what about that motor vehicle fine in Austria? :P

Best Regards

And all this life we've glorified
Robbin' from the blind
It's not easy, you see
Don't think i don't know sympathy
My victims in my shadow
Starin' back at me

Thanks for that!

The car fine...well, it seems that in Switzerland and Austria you need to buy a freeway tax disc, before you drive on the freeways (motorways as I know them). We bought one crossing the Swiss border and thought that was that...till PC Plod pulled us over...120 Euro fine was awarded for a 7 Euro tax disc. We were NOT happy. That said, and looking back, it was funny...

The full film is being worked on and will take about a month to do. Rest assured I'll put a link up here for you all to see.

Cheers!
