Looking for an I.T. professional/web-designer

I'm trying to find a way to tie together and automate various computer functions in phpBB, Access, and some e-mail traffic from paypal that is currently having to be input manually. If there are any club members that have the skill to write some programs/macros/etc to do the job, or know of software that could make it happen please contact me.
