Fisher Ford Access Concerns?

Been a while since I've been to FF. Planning to take a group of teens there tomorrow for some kayak instruction. Was wondering if anyone has had any access issues or run-ins with the landowner there. I tried to call him to get the okay, but his # has been disconn'd.

I go there quite a bit, the only thing I could tell you is to put in on the other side of the bridge.....the fayetteville side. I have not had any problems so far this year.

If you go to the land owner and ask his premission he will let park on the river, Just DO NOT CROSS ON TO HIS LAND WITHOUT PERMISSION!! He does come out there with a gun fully loaded to rock and roll!! And his name is STEVE, If you do it like Justin does you'll be safe too!! Just do not cross his land

Which side are you calling the Fayetteville side--river right or river left? I've always approached from the river left side & parked up by the bridge--but it's been awhile.

Yeah, River left.....guess that would have been a better description than the fayetteville side.
