Malvern and Hot Springs Swiftwater Rescue at Rockport

The Malvern and Hot Springs Fire Departments will have their swiftwater rescue teams at the Tanner Street Bridge area on Saturday, July 18 doing swiftwater rescue training and practice from about 10 AM on into the afternoon. The release on that day will begin at 7 AM so that they will have water by 10 AM. I think it is great that the two departments are working together. Kudo's to Chief Harper of Malvern and Chief Davis of Hot Springs for getting men certified and for joint training.
