You can just go for the day on Friday if you have plans to be at the Surf N Turf on Saturday.

I thought CCO went out of business. Has someone reopened it? I checked out the link and it looks like there have been some updates to their site.

CCO hasn't really gone out of business. They've just severely cut back on accepting business. They're still open by reservation, and hope to be back into the swing of things by next floating season.

Travis, I think you are right. And it is not something every paddler would want to do.
However, it is possible to do both and that is why I posted it.
For those paddlers who like Jazz, they can do this on Friday and Surf and Turf on Saturday.
Or for those paddlers who REALLY like Jazz and can't make it on Friday, they may want to forgo the Surf and Turf this year to take in the Jam Jazz Fest.
Being American gives you lots of options and the freedom to choose.

Either way, make sure you do a tick check.
