Will it be up for this weekend? Anyone in the know? Never been so I'm not sure what's too low to go...

They started turning it down yesterday, It's already below the point that I call low(2500cfs). I have surfed it at 1900, 400, but below 3900 no access river left . river right still surfable but , low. optimal is over 4200cfs. Sorry to break the bad news hope this helped
