Does anyone care to wager how long our old buddy Fish will last in KC before the call of the water is too much to bear and he moves back down here? I'm thinking 6 or 8 months at the outset.
Mebbe we can start a betting pool for a charity (Feed the FryingSquirrel!)

Re: Fish in KC?
Maybe one boating season is my guess
Might be able to get to the Cumberland Plateau on a long weekend
Lots more big city attractions in KC, hard to beat Fayetteville tho for all around good living!
Needless to say the Fish Man will be missed by his long time boating buds, I know I will. Many good times on rivers and creeks with the Fish.
Hopefully, he will stay in touch via this msg board.

I'm still here. :) You know, it's only 3 hrs away, not the other side of the planet. Lots of first descents up there too if you like class I+ streams. :) I'll be seeing you guys around. Just moved, not imprisoned yet.

Maybe you can float it with a canoe and a cooler.
