Went with a friend and a 1st time on river in kayaker wdwlodge met via this post:

We had a great time and he ROCKED in his Pyranha!
He is on the right in the picture below:
I am in my official nerd gear on the left!!


It was funny he kept on having to do rolls for people we met on the river. He said he was gonna have to start charging people before it was over!! People were loving it!!

The weather and river were great:


I was trying to hit every rapid and side channel I could with my sit-on-top:


Of course I had a a few nice dips to help me cool off:


We floated from High Bank to Turner Bend in about 5 hours I think. We plan on doing some other stuff soon! Probably the Buffalo! Maybe the Kings.

Just wanted everyone to know (that don't already know) you can meet some great people on the board here!!

Question: Can you roll that thang?

Correct Answer, October 1 through April 30: "Heck yeah, but it's too dang cold!"

Correct Answer, May 1 through September 31: "Heck yeah, for a beer!"

Hahahaha!!! Yeah!!! We could have had several cases by the time we were done!!
