There was a brief discussion on the Little Buffalo a few months ago

I'm looking at the Little Buffalo for Thursday or Friday May 21 or 22 if there's enough water. Company always welcome.

I did it back in 2002. Here's a copy of my old creek description. cya

Jasper to low water bridge on gravel road from Flatwoods..... ...................... 5mi/2 hrs.
At 4.2 ft. on the Boxley gauge, open, just few rocks, some good standing waves, one place with strainers. Take out (after passing red bluff), was a small tributary on right, up from low water bridge, due to the road being flooded and low water bridge being chocked with debris.

Thanks for the info, Chester. I'll be on the lookout for that low water bridge & lots of strainers.

Mtngal, I'm going to plan on Thursday (Friday's Ok of better for y'all), and will be at the Ozark Cafe in Jasper at 9:00. Sending a PM.
