Now that's some damn good boating in a short time in Arkansas! Blog looks good and it's a good idear too. I've wondered why we don't see more folks blogging out there about their paddling. Keep it up, and maybe they will!

Where is this Barberry creek you speak of? The elders in our tribe have spoken of such things, but I do not know the path. Did the white man build this animal? It is big with many teeth, but it is a good day to die(Obscure Little Big Man Reference). Or maybe you're the Josie Wells type-"it's just for lookin".
Cool blog Joe. Nice work buddy. Got'ny more them there team green stickrs? Had to 86 mine where you put it. The bosses were startin' to ask questions. Just as I get a creek boat, you pack up and move. But I'll step it up and we'll run together this week-k?

Niiiice Little Big Man reference... easily one of the best movies ever made. Every time I psych up for a big day of creekin based on a "can't miss" rain forecast only to watch the rain miss everything (like yesterday), I think of the old chief with the rain waking him up when he's decided to go to join his ancestors and invoked the big magic one last time, saying, "well, sometimes the magic works, and sometimes it doesn't..." That is seriously big medicine indeed...

O' great spirit, send us more rain... :lightning:

Yep I hope Im wrong about the close of the season too! I'd love a late season steepie day myself. Its just w/ everything budding out its def. harder to get those big levels. However it just takes a lil more rain, so in my best Lt. Dan style I say "YOU CALL THAT A STORM!" :poke:

Sorry Heath, but I think he's got an old Quest or something like that. I bet it's easily more than 12 feet long. Hard to imagine now, but the Crossfire was actually a short playboat in it's day. Something like 11 feet long if I remember right.

So props to you for catching Bonus in the Crossfire, but if Jeremy can do it with his extra length (sorry ladies, he's taken), and the exit it alive, it's gonna be even more impressive.
