Looks like they cranked it up big today (840cfs). If I don't go east for the weekend, I will be down there Thursday evening and playing it Friday.

If I was guessing, I bet they turn it down/off on Friday because of the rain forecasted.

I would hope that no wind damage happened there as to increase stress loads on an already strained Corps.

I know the campground host there (Horseshoe Bend campground). He said that there were some trees down around there not sure if any are across the river or not. The whole city of Dierks has been without city water since the storm. I beleive the National Guard is there trying to help now. As far as water level, often they let 'er run until quitin' time Friday and then shut it down. So check before you go.

Scott, James and Ricky are headed there now. If I get a call from them this evening, I'll put an update with conditions. Jim is right - they will probably shut it off Friday afternoon especially with the rain chances for Friday night.
