clear creek

Post by gfitzge7 » Sun Apr 12, 2009 4:13 pm

Prob going to try and hit up clear creek tomorrow or tuesday afternoon. The ozark pages says low going up but just stopped by the chester put in on my way back from ft. smith. Big and muddy right now. The first fall at the put in is kicking up a huge set of waves, coudln't really tell from the road if it was a keeper or not, but if looks fun. Did it when the gauge was in the yellow last time and it was still a blast it looks to be a quite a bit higher today. Also anyone have a recomendation if west cedar is doable in a open boat or not and what is clear creek like above chester.
...Well I guess theres nothing wrong with what you say, but don't sell me their can't be better ways..

I could be feeling sick enough (the boss would understand???) for a clear creek run. What time you thinking? Anyone else want to go???

Want to meet at 11:00? Prefer Clear, Cedar or Frog? I am fine to wait and see.

I don't think that West Cedar will be running.

Have fun on Clear Creek.
