Per Google Streams, Richland might go. Parts of the watershed had an inch or so of rain. Don't know if it'd hold till tomorrow.

I would like to hit something up...

I am new to Arkansas and was spoiled by colorado run off... You guys have supernatural ability to read weather and understand the water sheds... Let me know where to go and I am there.
