Paddling on Wed. March 18th in Arkansas. Tot or others

It is time for me to paddle in Arkansas. I am coming out from Colorado and will be hoping to get on the Tot or other run on Wed. March 18th. I am looking for some locals wisdom as to what is running. I got lots of good info on great runs from my last post. Thanks everyone who commented!
My wife and I are looking to paddle the Cosatot and what ever other runs that are flowing.
What is currently running and who is up to paddle this week?
I'd be happy to return the favor in Colorado if any of you are coming out this summer.
