Great Falls paddling buddies

Hey all, this is John Pearce, I'm headed back to AR from CT around the 21 of March and want to go through D.C. to paddle the Great Falls of the Potomac and am hoping to find some people who can also go and preferably have done it before. Does anybody have any paddling friends in that area? Thanks hope it rains in AR
