Jet powered kayak for niagra falls
Re: Jet powered kayak for niagra falls
Great idea. What could possibly go wrong?“I’m planning to run some huge, record-breaking waterfalls,” says Baker, 44. “The ones I had to walk away from in the past because I simply would not have been able to clear the rocks at the bottom. This time I can stop 10 metres from the edge, fire the engine up and get a ballistic burst of speed and just fly right over the top. Fifty metres downstream — that’s where I’m going to land — literally flying.”

“If that engine goes, it’s not just bits of metal we’ll be seeing, it’s bits of testicle,”
The scary part is, thats not even the scariest part. How're you not going to get spinal compression landing on something that high. Does he plan on going out past the hole then diving down?

Rob - you're not thinking this through carefully enough. Even though the plan SEEMS absolutely foolproof on the surface, lots of things could go wrong! What if the earth suddenly experienced a complete loss of its gravitational field? Or if D1ck Cheney* accidentally shot the giant turtle that carries the world around on its back? Don't contingencies like that ever occur to you?iYak wrote:Great idea. What could possibly go wrong?
* Is it just the former Vice President, or does the message board software think everyone who uses a common nickname for Richard is a d*ck?
