Waves in the House
I've felt the touch of healing hands, neath the willow trees and birch, cause the water's my religion, and the river is my church. Kenny

Just for reference, 45,000 gpm is about 100 cfs. So for the "barrel", they're pumping around 300 cfs at pretty high pressure... That's impressive... That's hundreds of horsepower of pumps.
These "waves" are pretty shallow. I've heard mixed reviews from kayak surfers, but it probably would be pretty fun. Just not like a real wave/hole, which if you had those pumps, you could no doubt create!

That sounds like a good way to break your neck (like that guy on the hailstone did) on the bottom
