Would you report some apparent in stream gravel/rock mining? We ran a creek in Oklahoma Thurs. and right below the put-in there was an excavator and someone had been hard at it. Obvious that they had been hauling the rock out as there was a huge hole. If I report it, who would I call?

Don't really think you'll get many different points of view from this crowd.
