Not good. Serious cost overruns right from onset. Continuously over-budget. Major debt -- haven't paid one cent to principal so far, only interest. Dependent on muncipal subsidies -- subsidies that every muncipality would like to terminate. Stagnant market and increasing costs to end-users for product that is often available for free. Going...going.....
