Richland Gauge is Back on Track

Thought something was screwy when I saw the jagged spike yesterday morning.
We took off the creek around 5pm at a level of ~4.5 feet. The gauge shows that the level was only 3.9 then.
Richland will be at a good medium level today (Thursday) and low level on Friday
