as of 6pm we have had a twister touch down in Oklahoma City and several touch downs just west and north of Tulsa. Heavy rains included as these storms are training from south to north east out of Texas over Oklahoma and into Kansas
So far Tulsa has dodged the severe weather bullet but there is more building up down Texas way for later tonight.
Not sure if all this severe stuff is gonna hold together for NW Arkansas but best be prepared as it may be a long night for some of us.

Re: Look out boys and girls - severe weather and flood warnings
Thanks for the 'Heads Up' Dave.
For the many years I lived on my farm in S.W. Ark., from the early seventies on, I would be tucked in bed listening to my radio on the NOAA channel, and I knew when I heard McCurtain Co.Ok. mentioned, the severe weather would soon be here. I just hated that the weather service broadcast was and still is at about the same wattage as my old C.B. radio, the rain on the roof would later be so hard it would drown out the part where they said a tornado was forthcoming...
Take care and thank you.
Best Regards
