Probably old news for all the technofiles, but I am really impressed with the google maps you can download to your phone. Super easy to install and this makes your phone really rival the auto GPS devices. No GPS needed as it will track your position through cell towers which helps on long trips where only a course grain position is needed for most of the way. If your phone has GPS in it, all the better and you get the fine grain precision you would with any GPS device.
