Re: camping and hiking at South Fourche la Fave
I did not spot this post until just now. I spent Thursday afternoon thru Friday afternoon in the Mt Nancy area. I was thinking about taking my canoe in case I wanted to camp at Cedar Lake (not sure if that is the name) on Cedar Creek just before it flows into South Fourche la Fave. Had a great time.

We are all afflicted with Cognitive Dissonance. The greater our religious, social, financial or political affiliation, the greater the affliction. We hear what we want to hear. We believe what we want to believe. Truth becomes irrelevant.

How about a scouting report??
Several years ago, I thought I was the only one that floated Trace creek and I was out scouting/hiking it at a very low level and noticed red/blue/ and yellow painted rocks, and then I realized, I was wrong.
