Some of the climate projection models are looking good for AR and the rest of the Southeast. The upside to global warming:

Of course, we probably won't be able to afford to buy polyethelyne boats or drive to the river with oil at $500 per barrel.
This is not meant to be a serious geopoliticoeconomic discussion on the message board, just though a few folks would be interested in reading it.

Government came out with the winter forecast, Wetter and warmer than normal for Arkansas was what I read.
