Video entertainment at Central Chapter Meeting 10/28/08
The October meeting of the Central Chapter at the Oyster Bar will include a brief video starring nearly everybody I have ever paddled with, especially if you screwed up. Archival footage and never before seen episodes of paddling skill are combined with cutting edge audio in my newest production, "The Party Never Ends". Advance screenings have already won the coveted "S'okay" award from the Jamie Coogan Film Institute.

Careful Captain, I'm burning beta versions here of AR Creeks II, and I have lots of video to choose from
May even show up at the meeting to defend myself and those other misfortunate enough to star in your B rated production.

Don't be surprised if people ask for your autograph after the premiere showing. I'll be sure to identify you on-screen in case no one can recognize you with your head under water. You actually appear much more often in supporting roles than you do as the feature attraction.

Oh man...
Two retired guys with a whole lot of carnage video and way too much time on their hands...
We're all in trouble!
I swear the # of rolling video cameras seems to be in direct inverse proportion to your skill level...as skill goes up (and carnage events go down), video-taping also goes down. Now why is that?

I've heard that into every life a little of it must fall,
but you'll never catch me complaining about too much of that southern rain.

Well,
If we could just get some water soon I will gladly take you up on that offer
.
We had plenty of water in Tulsa in the past week. Tried to send it East. Didn't work.

Marlo and I had a nice time as well, so good to see everyone! Chester, you're such a mess... I felt goofy not recognizing you right off and even more so when I could only blurt out, "nice coonskin cap".
Thanks Mr. Blanchard for your presentation! AND thanks Capt. Aleve for your presentation, it was hilarious and the musical score was superb!!
Best Regards
