Cadron run on Saturday? Should still be 2 feet. How about 11am under bridge?

That's awful early for the crack of noon crowd. But since I have to go out of state the next day, something close to home does have some extra appeal. I think I could even swing the 11 AM time.

I'll have to go, just to see if Cowper is on time. Any bets?

I was going to leave the kayak at home and rent a canoe to take the girlfriend and a big ice chest along today. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at CCO. Are they still renting or did that stop already?

Would have gone today, but needing time to spend with my granddaughters today. Maybe will get more rain or paddle something else next weekend, perhaps tomorrow.

Anyone going back tomorrow to the Cadron. Were there still trees down today or have they been cut yet.

Trees are gone - several of us pulled/dragged them out of the way today

It was a little low and boney - you could probably paddle tomorrow. We only took 5 hours to go down, but spent about an hour dealing with a couple of lost dogs. Hopefully, they made their way bank home.

Yes, some pesky beavers actually did a good job for once. Some completely blocked locations are now clear.
Afterwards, it was Joe's Pizza and good stories.
