a cold side dish could be prepared and stored? I've never made the dish two days before hand (I'll be leaving from work, and driving from NE TX Friday noon,) and was hoping I could just do it there. I will plan on bringing all I need to prepare it.
I've never been so just asking.

Talk real nice to Eva (camp manager) and she probably will help you out. And yes, there is cold storage available.
