Piney

Post by gfitzge7 » Sat Sep 06, 2008 10:15 am

Wanting to hit the Piney tom, if water holds. How long does it take to do Helton's Farm to Long Pool at say the level that it is at today. Also if we run our own shuttles how long does that take as well. We are just trying to get our day straightened out. We wanted to hit Wolf Pen on the Mulberry but it is dropping ridiculousy fast.
...Well I guess theres nothing wrong with what you say, but don't sell me their can't be better ways..

I have run from Heltons to long pool in 4 hours at about 3 feet. That included about 30-45 minutes of breaks.

The shuttle should take less than 45 minutes one way.

Thanks, should we stop there or go to twin bridges or would that be too long of a day.

I have only ran Long pool to Twin bridges once with a big group. We took a lot of breaks. I bet that you could do it in 2-2.5 hours easily.
