I'd like to be part of the photography crew and would like to scout the creek beforehand. I don't remember any public access to the top of the run. Did you work out access with a landowner?

There is an abandoned house on some property at the top - for the 12 years I've been going there, it looks like no one ever cut one blade of grass on the place and the house is in ruins. I've not been able to contact any landowner, but considering this is a one day every few years kind of creek, we've used it for access. Both ends of the creek are privately owned, and I've talked to landowners at the takeout who said just don't block any of their driveways (little dirt roads).

I'm thinking of hiking it this coming weekend. Probably will also hike up Boss Hollow to try to find my paddle and Eric's boat. Will camp somewhere out there. If you want to meet out there, let me know.

I may be able to make it out with you this weekend for a hike. I'll talk to you this evening about it.

No worries Zach. You still look hot, even with braces

Can't go anytime soon (ruptured disc). I usually start scouting after New Year's, right after modern gun deer season is over. Too many chiggers before cold weather; I let the hunters have their turn in the woods, too. I don't figure you'll get water before spring at the earliest anyway. Count me in then.
