Jim, isn't there an old ramp immediately upstream of the Hwy 7 bridge? That would be easier for loading boats at the end of the float and, typically, a little farther away from all the tubers coming off the river.

There sure is Byron. I have used this sliver of land to launch/take-out many times as it's not quite as an abrupt a slope as it is right by Two Rivers float shack. This access is essentially on the highway right of way, and just fine as an access but not much space for parking before
encroaching on that area owned by the man who has leased his property to Two Rivers over the years.
