I've been wearing a pair of the KSO's for about a yr. mostly because I kneel in my canoe and didn't want a high profile heel. As I recall they have a diagram and show you how to measure for them. They are very comfortable in the boat. On land in sand or small gravel they are also great. However, the vibram sole is not thick enough IMO for the type of gravel say on the Buffalo; for that I switch to a harder sole. Awesome water shoe, and runners and climbers like them.

Saw some of these at Ozark Outdoor Supply in LR. 13-year-old daughter thought they were supercool. But seeing as we'd just bought her a new pair of Keens...

I have tried several pairs on and they were prety comfortable IMO.
