I don't have any connection to the race but I believe they (and the insurance requirements) are 3 to 6 feet on the gage.

Race is moved to sunday at noon. Registration will still be from 8-10am today and tomorrow at the visitor center.

Credit to the hard men and women who are racing on the Falls as I write this. 27 F. and gusts to 20 mph! Can't wait for the drone video.

You are so right. Many rescue volunteers and some really good runs. An enjoyable day. And everyone i saw was enjoying it like it was a summer day.

Dave, the results should be posted soon. As I recall the overall best time was Ben Kvanli's 2.18. There were three canoes, quite a few long boats (I saw an Animas, Pirouette, Prijon and I forget what else in addition to a guy and his girlfriend in a tandem kayak) and plenty of short boats too of course.
