It was, as said a great day with a great group. I did not do the second lap but I did stop by the visitor center on the way out to thank them for opening the Dear Camp access. They said they did not mind and that it wasn't a problem for them. But one of the rangers requested that if we post on the message board that we are going to be using the Deer Camp access that only one person should call in the request. Apparently there were many calls made requesting that the gates be left open. As club members we should make an effort to assign only one person to submit the request. This could be easily accomplished on the message board thread. Its nice to have such a good rapport with the State Park and their request such a small one, it would be great to help them out. Please try coordinate a single call to the Park. Thanks BOB
