It will be a last minute decision for Harry and I but if we decide yes, we will be there before the 10:30 meet time. Thanks for coordinating. Sounds like a big group and a beautiful day for paddling.

Alright Scott, glad you are going to be there tomorrow.
Terry said he might be there also.
We will have to watch out for those village people though.
Can't wait to see some old friends and some new ones too.

Ok, I've been away from the computer all afternoon and evening, but as of my 10:30 this evening viewing, it looks like lots of folks are planning on coming! We'll see you all at the Hwy 65 bridge in the morning about 10:30 or so then consolidate boats and people, then head up to the put-in. It should be a very nice day, glad you all can come!
Best Regards
Jim

What a PERFECT day this was on the river! It was so good to meet up with old friends and meet some new ones as well. Thanks so much to Jim for heading up this float. Thanks also to Victor for graciously driving Noah and I up to the put in. My vehicle just is not made for that hill. Minna, it was so good to see you, especially since I had lost touch with you from several years' past. Special thanks to Jeff Gannon for one on one roll instruction. I'm really thinking that maybe the sweep roll is going to be better for me than the C to C. It's certainly easier on my shoulder. It was so nice of you to work with me. It helped a lot to feel the correct placement of my paddle. Thanks also to Larry for the guidance you gave Noah and myself. Through the years, we have found that fellow paddlers are without a doubt some of the nicest people we have met. Combine all of this with a beautiful day and cool water...Well, it just doesn't get any better than that.
Many thanks,
Sandy
