Is the chapter providing the plates, plasticware, etc or does each person need to bring their own? And BTW I am making a pineapple upside down cake.

Yes, the chapter is providing plates, etc and some leftover charcoal from SurfnTurf (first come, first get it). Glad to have more cookers!

Happy to do it, glad the weather and cooks cooperated to make for a fun time and great food. I think I sampled a little of just about everything, all good!

Hey, big thanks to Woody Harris for the firewood, it really set the mood. More than one person commented that this was a lot like camping. But everyone got to sleep in their "real" bed on a full stomach.
