Advice from Rafters.

I will be digesting this and updating my storage and care.

Old used reversible vacuum cleaner works great as a low pressure infiltrator at home or on the road if you have a big enough inverter on your vehicle

That is what I use in the shop now, I was thinking of taking it on the road as the big truck has inverter o'plenty. However a 12v portable would free me up.

We also store our boats inflated in a temp controlled storeroom

My shop/garage is heated but not cooled, inflated is not an option due to space, however easy access will allow me to inflate on a regular basis. Every week or two for a day or so. Rodents have not been a problem yet but I will keep vigilant on them.

I have a frame you can borrow anytime u want. Should fit your raft nicely.

Mildew: Is there anything that will spark up the appearance of an 'older' raft without messing up the adhesives that hold the beast together?

As Walter suggested mild soap then baking soda as scouring powder with LOTS of water rinse removed every thing we needed. 303 put the shine back on the material. We purchased a gallon of 303 from Granger in Springdale for $50.

In the end, I hope to have two dependable rafts outfitted and ready to go by spring season.
As a by product of this project I will have the space and experience to do repairs or help some one else if need be.

That is what we are using. Their chemicals and procedures.
The patches seem strong and good to go.
We should have one complete boat for sale soon.
