Deuce and Little Deuce (Gracie) from central. Mrs. Deuce will likely be in and out throughout the weekend. Looking forward to meeting a bunch of ACCers. Incidentally, Little Deuce
just came in and pointed to this
and said "Dad, that's you." Then she pointed to this
and said it was Mrs. Deuce. Not sure what all that's about.......

I have to be there to pick up my new Star raft after I win the raffle; so I'll just plan on being there both days.
DeBo is coming Sunday only as she agreed to represent the Canoe Club down at the Felsenthal Fall Festival on Saturday, with help from Mikki and boats provided by OOO. I think she and Mikki are planning a downriver float for Sunday, so of course others would be welcome to join.

If Miss Marlo is back from the trip to the Nantahala, and several more days further East and South researching various libraries, cemeteries, and historical sites, we too will be there some during the weekend.
In the last week I have had several updates from Marlo in North Carolina and it sounds like she's had just a great time on the Nantahala and vicinity, despite the rains from T.S. Lee as it headed up through the Eastern U.S. during their stay.
I'll only look forward to her return and the recounting of the trip, however I already know that Larry Crane and Cowper certainly helped all the girls have the best times on the river as possible. Thank you guys very much!
