Hiked that one once. Not a bad drainage at all, with a nice waterfall. With such easy access to Fern and Mormon, we never bothered to hike down into that one. I heard a group trying to find Fern hiked the wrong way and ended up scraping down LB one day, but may be just a rumor.

oh look, a lake :lol

anyone wants to try it, theres a road crossing over the creek. turn North off Hwy 215 at the same place you turn South to go to Fern Gully. really deep gorge in there

Oo Oo me! i wanna try it! This "light rain" is killing me! Mother nature needs to give us the :hammer: !!! I'm thinking about going and sitting in the front yard in my creek boat to reminisce about the good ole days of floods.

There are two Walden's Ridge videos that I was referring to. One is titled "Falling Off Walden's Ridge" and was in vhs when I bought it many years ago. It features lesser skilled paddlers compared to the other video which I couldn't remember the name of or find in my collection on the first try. I believe it was produced by the same guys who did "Southern Fried Creekin"; heck, it might even be that video. The paddlers in it are highly skilled and included a couple of open boaters in the 800 feet per mile descents. Awesome stuff. I'll dig some more.
