9 of us did the lower 10 mile section below HWY 65 bridge. It had some nice rapids and the pools were moving. Scenery very nice too. Great day to be on the river whatever section was done.

Ditto Karla, It was indeed a real pleasant float yesterday! At 3.50 ft. the river moved on fast enough to make that 10 mile trip less tiring. Jim E brought his 11 y.o. daughter, Samantha , along yesterday and she did very well in her little kayak, and she was just a joy to be around! Wish I could post a picture or two, the 'Rock of Gibraltar' was pretty impressive yesterday.

Pictues posted on the Rec/touring section from Saturday Cadron River. Wish I had taken a pic of the Rock of Gilbraltar Jim but I was busy trying to paddle away from it. We had some close calls, some people wanted to reach out and kiss the large rock.
