If I ever do Upper Richland again (probly will) and I needed to stay there, the best location would depend on whether the gate was locked.

MOST LIKELY, WE WILL PUT A COMBO LOCK ON THE GATE, AND THAT WAY, THE PEOPLE WHO NEED IT WILL HAVE IT, UNLESS YOU HAVE OTHER IDEAS? dale

Be careful what you wish for. (kidding) Count me in for a work session or two. I actually have some basic carpenter skills, if necessary. Sounds like a fun weekend or two, to say nothing of the finished product.

thanks for the PM Dale. Okay everybody's thanked you for putting in a bunkhouse, and I thank you too. But so far nobody's giving much in the way of the input or suggestions you asked for.

So here's my feeble thoughts

!st choice-----near the cabin. I don't really think it would take away that much parking space for the Halloween party and I really like the view from up there. Also the possibility of electric and maybe some day water would be cool .
If you put it there though you might want to also put a box somewhere nearby for people to drop contributions to go toward the cost of water and electricity.

2nd choice----near the old hog barn

3rd choice----inside the gate.

Ultimately, the best choice will be where you and Pam want it. It's location should be what appeals most to ya'll.

Thanks again.

I'd say on the east side of the cabin on the hill as the view is pretty good. Other than that, anywhere there's good parking and room to stay out of your hair. Give us a shout when it'll happen. ty

We need help getting ready, so if you can, show up Sat., with chain saws, overhead saws, etc. Whatever you can do is above thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dale

Mission accomplished! Thanks to Lance, Marc Becker, Bryan Huebanks, Paul and Judy McCune, Randy and Michelle Jackson, we were able to get things cleared out in a couple of hours. dale

Glad it got taken care of. Admittedly our contribution was minimal as we got there much later than the rest of the crew. Good job!

Looks like the bunkhouse will be moved next week(Wed.) if the ground is dry enough. I can't go with Pam, but it looks like the mover will have everything under control. We will be calling on folks to help remodel in the future. dale

I saw Pam's pic of the building on facebook, that looks awesome. Keep us posted. I'll be there if I'm not locked in the ER. Hopefully we're all up there tomorrow.
