Dave,

We will be there. Let's plan on making the shuttle happen with the four of us and if more people show all the better!

Several groups will probably be doing the Cadron tomorrow. The Hwy 65 bridge crossing the North Fork of Cadron Creek is a few miles above the town of Greenbrier. If you are north bound on 65, there is a brown AGFC boat ramp sign on the right, after you cross the bridge, and the road to the ramp is on the right. The typical run now is from 6 miles above the bridge, at the new put in, to the bridge, Class I-II. The trip below the bridge is about 10 miles it seems, longer pools, and less rapids per mile. Don't forget to try joe's Pizza in Greenbrier after the run.

Landcruiser, The 65 Bridge is a few miles north of Geenbrier. You will probably be coming down south 25 to get there right? You will turn left at the Ozark Trade Center sign. It's a huge Flea Market with a blue octagon shaped sign that can be seen from a few miles out as you get to Twin Groves. The road will take you to the launch and parking area underneath US 65. If you plan on taking out there, then your float options are pretty much 3.5 miles or 14 miles(where is this new take-out 6 miles up??). Nice floats either way. BUT, if you put in at 65 bridge and take out at AR 285(i've called it 287 for a few days now i see), it is a perfect 10 mile float. It's about 20 min from bridge to bridge driving. I live a/b halfway between both bridges so I am kinda partial to this section of the Cadron. It really is the more scenic part of the river though.
I will try to make it to the 65 Bridge around 10:30 even if I can't float. I can help with shuttle or pick up if needed. I may need the help myself someday.
