thanks for the compliment. We were only able to pilot the cata-canoe on 5 trips. It proved a worthy vessel.

yes. in fact the Land of the Lost video is a nice introduction to the actual buffalo river camcorder footage.

The jury is still out, on which one of these cinematographic experiences has higher production value:

Drew,

Impressive are the five first descents of the cata-canoe. Most impressive! :beer:

I used to run some creeks with a guy back in 1972 who spoke of similar fantastic voyages. His descriptions were vivid & colorful, much like yours. Found out later on that many of his epic trips were chemical induced. This however did not in any way diminish his fond memories.

Tell us more about the voyages of the cata-canoe.
